This is a key factor in our development risk assessment. If we are not certain we can control programme, we will not present the scheme to you.
On all schemes we engage with planners swiftly and collaboratively with continuous communication and engagement until planning consent is secured. We manage each pre-construction period intensively and we ensure that post contract construction programming is realistic, accurate and reliable.
